Due to an absence of appropriate circumstances in the geographical environment, it has been collectively decided to cancel the congress in the State of Sonora. Soon you will be informed if there will be a new venue. This will very likely be Mexico City, where conditions are largely favorable for meetings of international nature and related to topics of extreme relevance to the knowledge and interpretation of reality and the fundamental problematics for humanity via the cutting-edge contemporary thinking.
