Forms of participation and criteria for the presentation of projects |

|
 Participation may be as a Delegate (speakers and participants) or Companion.
Proposals of communications, lectures, discussion panels and posters will be considered for their inclusion in the congress program.
Main lectures and papers shall have a maximum length of 30 minutes.
Discussion panels shall consist of a minimum of three and maximum of five participants, and they shall have a maximum length of two hours, including the debate.
Oral presentations shall be of 10 minutes duration.
The maximum size of Posters shall be 80 x 120 cm and they will be displayed at the session where the corresponding topic is analyzed. Posters will not have an oral presentation, but they will participate in the oral debates. Before starting with the debate of oral papers, the Relator will give a message about the Posters displayed in that working session, and debate about Posters and Oral Papers will be opened.
All authors must present a summary paragraph –with a maximum length of 250 words- to be published in the book of summaries of the event. Summaries will be preceded by the project title, the authors' names and their places of origin. In the event of co-authorship, the main author should be indicated.
The deadline for the presentation of summaries is August 1 st , 2008. Summaries must be sent by e-mail – in rtf or doc format— to: congreso2008@multiversidadreal.org
The organizing committee will inform authors about the approval or non-approval of the proposals sent and their location in the program of the event.
The summaries of accepted papers will be published in a CD, especially dedicated to the congress, which will be included in the materials provided to delegates and companions. Summaries will be presented in a single paragraph, in their original language and without proofreading.
The complete text of lectures, papers and posters shall be delivered in digital format (rtf or doc) to the organizing secretary during the event. Its maximum length, including summary, authors, bibliographic references and bibliography, shall be of 20 sheets, on letter size, 1.5 line spacing format and 12-point Arial font. |
